P~68-256 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2008 gE APp!?OVED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from Mrs. Caroline Lewis, 408 18th Street, Santa Monica, California 90402, Owner; T AND C HOMES, P.O. Box 338, Westminster, California 92683, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 24 of Tract No. 796 ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on August 26~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having heen duly given es required by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as follows~ to permit sub- diuision of subject property into five (5) R-1 zoned lots: SECTION 18.24 030(4-a) - Minimum lot area. (7200 sauare feet required; 6060 square feet proposed), SECTION 18.24.030~4-a) - Minimum lot width. (70 f eet required; 54 f eet proposed). 2. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved of to the intended use of the property thet do not appiy generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is necess•ary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial prop•erty right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and 2one, and denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop~rty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.
