1. Thet the petitioner pmpoee~ ~ teclaosificatloa of the ebove da~cribed property hom the R-1 ~ One
Family Residential, Zone to the C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone to utilize subject property
as a supplemental parking area for an existing automobile agency.
2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant
an amendment to the General Plan at the present time, however, its relationship to the
General Plan symbol will•be considered at the next annual review.
3. That the pr.oposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of tha community.
4. That the proposed reclassification and use of the property is not compatible
to the residential integrity of the area.consisting of all single family homes in a one
block street. '
5. That although the petitioner stipulated to development in accordance with the
site development standards of the C-1 Zone, the zoning proposed would inject heavier
uses which couid have a deleterious affect on the properties immediately to •the west
and south.
6. That six persons appeared rep*esenting 10 persons present in t;~e Council Chamber,
all in oppositiol to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject PeGtion for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned $ndings.
