from the ~ounty of Orange A-1, General Agricultural Zone to the City of Anaheim R-A,
Agricultural, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and~or
desirable~for the orderly and proper development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate
to the zones and their ~ermitted uses ~localiy , established in close proximity to
subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout
the community.
5. That subject property was annexed into the City of Anaheim on July 31, 1968,
