A RESOLUTION OF TH£ ~lTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERNINATING ALL PROC£EDINGS ON GONDITIONAL US£ PERMIT N0. 1000
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at public hearing on February 14, 1968,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1000 in Resolution No. PC68-40 subject to conditions,
to permit the establishment of a pony ride in conjunction with existing amusement
facilities; a~~d
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1968, ~ne Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC68-86
amended the conditions and legal description of Conditional Use Permit Noe 1000; ~nd
WHEREAS, upon contacting the petitioner relative to comp~Ietion of conditions, he
informed the Development Services Department that he no longer wished to exercise the
conditional use permit.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESO"LV,ED that th Ci y Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedin s on Conditional Use Per 't No. 000, on
the basis that the petitioner was no longer des'r us of e ising th use.
