A RESOLUTION OF THH CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TF.RMINATING ALL PROC~EDINGS ON WNDITIONAL USE PERh9IT N0. 903,
THERETO
WHEREAS, the ~ity Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC66-164 dated December 5,
1966, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 903,•.to establish a motel and restaurant on
subject property; and
WHEREAS, subject property and property .to the north has been developed with a
motel and restaurant under C-R Zoning, Reclassiffcation No. 66-67-71(18); and
W1~EREAS, the original petitioners of subject petition have not exercised the use
a5 granted, although the property is being developed for a similar use.
NOW, THEREFOR~E, BE IT RESOLI/ED that the C' Planning Commission f the ~ily of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceeding on onditional Use Permi No. 903; on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
