WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been completed, although the
City Council in considering a request for extensions of time~for Reclassification
No. 63-64-5 and Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 5231 and 5501 as well as Conditional Use
~ - Permit No. 643 granted a one-year extension of time on November 9, 1965, said time
~ R% extension having expired on November 9, 1966; and
~ WHEREAS, revised Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 5501, Revision No. 2 and 5231,

~ e property.formerly proposed
?i for a planned residential development, therefore, Conditional Use P~mit No. 643 no
~~ longer is in effect.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tlia't 't'he City Planning Commission of the City of
.~_ Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings under Conditional Use Permit No. 643
on the basis that the developers propose to develop subject property as a regular
R-3 subdivision thereby nullifying any need for the aforementioned petition.
