WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold s public hearing at the CIty Hell in the City of Aneheim on
S ePt~er 23, 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M, notice of said public hearing having been duly given es,required by
law end in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,72, to hear and.consider evidence
for and egainst seid pioposed reclasaification and to invesGgete and make ~indings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
- WHEREAS, said Commisston, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the foilowing facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described propedy from the R-A, Agricultural,
Zone to the R~1, One Family Residential, Zone:
2. That the proposed seclassification is in conformance with the General Plan and
surrounding land uses.
