A RE$OLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMIS~ION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REODMMENDIt~~
TO THE CITY CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF RECLASSIFICATION
NOS, 63-64-20 and 63-64-21, THERETO
: WHEREAS, the City Council on February 11, 1964, in Resolution Nos. 64R-103 and
64R-105 approved Reciassification Nos. 63-64-20 and 63-64~21, subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 29, 1966, in Resolution Nos. 66R-240 and
- 66~t-241, amended conditions of approval, based on the fact that the petitioner had
~?a'' 'r `~;~ filed Variance No. ~'66, proposing to develop the property with single-family homes
~ on 5,000 square foot lots; and
,~ ; WHEREAS, the R-2-5000, One Famil Z
Anaheim Municipal Code by Ordinance No. 2305WdatedcJulyr12ed1966g andle 18 of the
WHEEiEAS, a portion of subject property has been developed under the R-3 Zon~
with homes as required under the R-2-5000 Zone; and

- WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on September 23, 1968, in Resolution No.
~ PC68-296 recommended approval of the R-2-5000, One Family, Zonf for all properties
encompassed by the aforementioned Reclassification Petitions subject to the filing
of a final tract map or maps for the pr.perty, which would not necessitate having
Reclassification Nos. 63-64-20 and 63-64-21 active.

NOW, THEREFOFt,£, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Pianning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of'the City of Anaheim that Reclassification Nos.
63-64-20 and 63-64-21 be terminated on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of October,
