` rs A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CII'Y OF ANAHEIM RE~MMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE
PERfdIT NOS. 465 and 466, THERETO
~`` WHEREAS, the City Council on February 11, 1964, in Resolution Nos. 64R-194 and
64R-106 granted Conditional Use Permit Nos. 465 and 466 to permit the establishment of
multiple planned residential developments in conjunction with Reclassification Nos.
63-64-20 and 63-64-21; and
WHF.ftEAS, on February 28, 19b6, in Resolution No. 1949, Series 1965-66 granted
~ ~~,. Variance No. 1766, which permitt ed development of property encompassed in the afore-
~ mantioned Conditional Use Permiti>, for single family homes on 5000 square foot lots,
~t thereby nullifying any need for these petitions; and
~
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on September 23, 1968, recommended'to the City
. Council that properties encompassed by the aforementioned Conditional Use Permits be
reclassified to th~e R-2-5000, One Family Zone; and
~
1';. WHEREAS, a portion of subj ect property has been developed with single family homes
on 5000 square foot lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim termination of Conditional Use
Permit:Nos. 4b5 and 466 on the basis that a portion of subject property has been
developed for single family homes; and on the basis of the ftiregoing fi:ndings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of October,
