TERMINATING ALL PROCEFDINGS ON VARIANCE NO„ 1104~ THEREI'0
± WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission on April 20, 1959, in Resolution No. 199, i
Series No. 1958-59 granted Variance No. 1104 for the esection of a temporary directionai
sign advertising the sale of single family Romes in Tract No. 2755, said sign to be
' located at the :~uthwest corner of Lincoln and Dale Avenues; and

WHEREAS, the sign has been re,io~•ed, and all homes are occupied, therefore, the ~
request is no longer in eff ect.
-r.,.' IJOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of ~
,~;: . Anaheim does hereby terminate al~ proceedings on Variance A]o. 1104 on the basis that : '
