FOR PROPERTY PROpOSr"D FOR RECLASSIFICATION U~IDER IJO. 62-63-64
BE AMENDED THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Council aporoved a change in zone for Reclassification "lo. 62-63-6~
in Resolution No. 63R-67~ on August 13, 1963, subject to conditions; and
WHHREAS, Tentative hSap of Tract No, 4230, Revision Plo. 9 was aoproved on January 29,
196~ for 29 R-3 and 2 C-1 zoned lots, hoviever the deoth of the C-1 lots had been decreased
from the originally approved deoth of 254.73 feet to 230 feet `rom the centerline of Lincoln
Avenue; and

NlHF~?EAS, Variance ~lo. 1926 was also considered by the Planning Commission on December
1R, 1967, to consider subdivision of Portion "B" of subject prooerty into 35-.`oot wide,
R-3 lots.

to the City Councii. of the City of Anaheim an amendment to the legal descriotion of Resolu-
tion No. o3R-67R aporoving Reclassification fdo. 52-63-64 as :ollovrs:
