3. That the proposed use would have a deleterious effect on the existing schools,
existing and potential light industrial development in the area, and the potentiai of '
the large parcel to the south for multipl rfamfly residential uses.
t ~. That although the petitioner proposed to construct a 6-foot masonry wall, it
, would not offer visual protection for the potential two-story multipl rfamily use to !
the south. ~
,. 5. That the petitioner proposed a masonry wall within the 50-foot setback required
in the M-i Zone, contending that if the 50-foot setback were conformed to the site '
~ wou2d be inadequate in size for the proposed use. ~
~ 6. That there is adequate industrial property in the City where th e proposed use i
would be more compatible than in subject area. ~
7. That one person appeared itt opposition, 2 letters from owners of industrial
_; buildings, and a letter from the o~vner of the property to the south were received, all
;;:*:;- in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, . THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does heteby deny subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit on the basis of the eforementioned findings.
