A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM i,
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERh1IT N0. 1066 BE GRANTED
PJHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional ~
Use Pecmit from EVEEtETI Ho MILLFJ3, 270 Roycroft Avenue, Long Beach, California 90803, OWner; ~
HAWKINS AND LINDSAY, 401 Silver Lake Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90026, Agent of certain
r eal property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in fuil I
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
OCtober 21~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heacing having been duly given as required by
law and in accrordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipai code, Chapter 1.8.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, 1';iat the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code Section
18.40.060(g) to wit: permit on-sale liquor in conjunction with a restaurant now under
construction on subject property.
2. That the proposed use wil! not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site propased for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the "
pmposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of ~
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Peanit under the conditions imposed, if uny, will not be detrimental 1!
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditlonel llse PermIt, upon the followIng condittons which ere hereby found to be e necessary precequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of subject property be submitted
to the City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the office of the Orange County
Recorder.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view.
4. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building and zoning inspections.
5. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and epproved by me this 31st day of October~ 1968.
