A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2027 gg APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified Peti•tion for
variance on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
~alifornia, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth
in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
~'• November 4~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in acoordence wiffi the ptovisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for
' and against said proposed variance end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith;

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence end repods offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thatthe Ci~y Council proposes a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code, to p~smit
subdivision of subject property with lot sizes and widths less than required:
SECTION 18.24.030~4-a) - Minimum lot siz .(7200 sauare fe t required; 5000 spuare
f eet proposed).
SEC1'ION 18.24.030(4-a) - Minimum lot v~idth. (70 f eet required; 50 feet proposed).
2, That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditione applicable to
the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generaily to
the property or ciass of use in the same vicinity and zone.
3. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public weifare ~
or injurious to the property or improv~nents in such vicinity and zone in which the property is ~
located.
4. That the vehicular access for this tract is in conformance with the Access Points i
Study for Santa AnasCanyon Road approved by the Ciiy Council, Orange County Board of Supervisors ?
and the State Divis~on of Highways. `
5. That one person appeared representing three other ersons ~

, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditions which ace hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.

ti~~. 10 thru 31, the easterly line of Lot Nos. 31, 32, 33, and the southerly line of Lot Nos. 33
thru 41, and 43, 44, 45,.52, and T and 2, and shall be complied with prior to final building
7 and zoning inspections.
