Uonfrom R~NBAR INCORPORATiED, 548-A West Central Park Avenue, Anaheim, California 92802, Owner;
ROB~RT S. MC MICHAEL, 469-A West Valencia Drive, Fullprton, California 92632, Agent of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commltsion did hold ~ public hesrIng at the City Ha11 in the City of Anaheim on
November 4, 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public heering heving been duly given ~s cequired by
lew and in eccordence with the pmvisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for end agelnst said ptoposed reclnsaification end to lnvasti~ate and m~ke flndFnge and recommendatlonr in connection
thetewlth; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi~etion, aad study msde by itself end in its behelf, and
efter due oonsideration of ell evidence end repods offered at seld hearins, doee find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the petitioner pioposes a reclaesif(cation of tho above dmacribad peoperty ftom the R-A, Agricultural~
Zone to the R-2-5000, One Family, Zone to subdivide subject property into six lots.
~ 2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant an
amendment to the General Plan at the present time, since the land use is generally in con-
formance with the established single-family lot sizes in the area; however, its relationship
to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review.
3. That the proposed recleasificetion of subject property is nec~saery end/or desireble tor the orderly and pra
per development of the community.
4. That the pcaposed seclasatfication of subject piopetty does psopesly selete to the zones and their permitted
uses locally establiehed in close proximity to subject property and to the aones and their permitted uses generally esteb-
liahed throuQhout the commuaity.

,~ N~W, THEREFORE, BE IT~'n SOLVED thet the Aneheim City plennia~~ommission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet aubject petition for RecleasificatIon be appmved end, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Muaicipal Code be emended to exclude the ebove described property fmm the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the R-2-5000, One
Family, Zone, upon the following conditions wt~ich are hereby found to be a necessary prr
requisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. I'hat a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and
recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
