Thet the petitioner pioposes a reclaesif(cation of tho above dmacribad peoperty ftom the R-A, Agricultural~ Zone to the R-2-5000, One Family, Zone to subdivide subject property into six lots. ~ 2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant an amendment to the General Plan at the present time, since the land use is generally in con- formance with the established single-family lot sizes in the area; however, its relationship to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review. 3. That the proposed recleasificetion of subject property is nec~saery end/or desireble tor the orderly and pra per development of the community. 4. I'hat a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
