A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2~26 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance i
from fiJDY A. AND ELLA NH~!AN, 8622 South Orange, Olive, California 92665, EDWIN Wo AND CLARA
M. BRELJE, 232 West Lincoln, Orange, California 92667, City of Anaheim, 204 East Lincoln Avenue,
Maheim, California 92805, Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim~ I

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissian did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of A~eheim
on No~ember 18~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of ~aid pub~ic hearing having been duly given as required
by lew and in accocdance with the ptovisions of the Anaheim Municipaf Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and repods offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
~' 1. That the petitioner requests a veriance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as follows~ to permit the

possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the ptoperty in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimentel to the public welfate or injurious to the pmp~
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary pretequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens oE the City of
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification
No. 68-69-40.
