That waivers of the location of accessory structures and distance of living units from a standard street are granted on the basis that other apartment development in this general vicinity and other parts of the City have been permitted to develop with similar waivers, and that this portion of the site development standards of the R-3 Code will be reviewed to deter- ! That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reciassification No. ~~ 53-64-62. .~~,. ;. 2. That a 6-foot masonry wail shall be constructed along the west property linee .1:::- 3. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, _ E~r and the sound shali be byffered from adjacent residential homes. 4. That parking areas shall be lighted with dox~n-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height ` and shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of ''r~E the area. ~~~~ 5. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to ``~ final building and zoning inspections. 1' 6.
