WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verifled Petition for Conditional

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
November 18~ 19689 at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hea~ing having been duly given as required by
lew end in accocdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditionsl use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
K':IEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
aEter due consideration of all evidence and repo~ts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1: That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code
Section 18.64.020(l~~f) to wits establish private education ciasses, including ciasses
for the mentally retarded, in an existing church facility on siabject property.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of ~
the area in which it is proposed to be located. ;
3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the ~
pmposed use in a menaec not detrimentel to the particuler acea nor to the peace, heelth, safety, and general welface of
the Citizens of the r?ty of Anaheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Pe:mit ander the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimentel ~ ~
to the peece, health, safety, e~d general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. i
