WHEREAS, the City Plaaning Commission of the City of Maheim did teceive e verified Petition for Con-
ditional Use Permit Crom ALBERT S. TOUSSAU, 6672 Richf ieid Road, Anaheim, California :"306,
Ovuner; A. R. MC DANIEL, 500 "C" North Anaheim, Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, Agent
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described in Exhibit "A" attached herE+.o and referred to herein as though set
forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the CityPlanning Commission did hold a public heari~ig at the CityHnll in t6e City of Meheim
onNovemb er 18, 1968 ~ at ': 30o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing ha~ing been duly given

2. That th e proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed use would be in conflict with the land uses generally established
in the are,i as well as that projected on the General Plan at the present time, and.the
r ecommended amendment to ~eneral Plan Amendment No. 110, Exhibit '~~~'~•
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit will be detrimental to the peace,
health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

Council Chamber in opposition; and that petitions and letters signed by 13E persons were
