3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate t~ allow
the full develop,nent of the proposed use ir~ a mannes not detrimental to the particular
area nor to the peace, health, saf ety, and qeneral w~lfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
