SECTION 18 32 020~1) - Maximum numb r of main buildinas o build'na sit .(Maxi- mum of two•buildinas permitted; five buildinas proposed), : 2• That deed restrictions limiting apartment construction on Parcei "B" to one-story <.'~ was established prior to the time site development standards were incorporated into the R-3 Zone requiring one-story construction within 150 feet of R-1 development, and that the re- quested waiver of the one-story height limitation would only apply to R-A parcels on the i west side of Loara Street. 3. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 4. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to ~he property in question. ~ 5. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare ~~ or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property `i is located. 6. ' ~ _ ,~$ .._ ._.._._ .. ! 1 ~r' / ~~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Vaciance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welface of the Citizens of the City of • Anaheim. 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 68-69-51. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
