WNEREAS, the Cit~+ Council of the City af Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by
Resolution No. 63R-869, showing the general d~scription and extent of land uses
within the City and indicating the present belief o£ the Council as ~to possible
future development and redevelopment of land within the City; and
WH~~S, the City Planning Co~ission of the City of Anaheim did receive a

WHEREAS, in addition to the notice of the hearing on said Reclassification,
notice was.also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General
Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said Reclassification

NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVEb that the City Planning Commission of the City, af
Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject General
Plan Amendment be approved on ~he basis of the aforement~qned findings, and in accordance
with Exhibit "C". ~
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 12th day of December,
