THEREFORE, BE IT`~ ~SOLVED W~t the Anaheim City Pi~ania~ _~mmiasion does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Maheim th~t eubjec{ Petition for Recla~~;$c~tion be approved end, by ao doing, thet Tltle 1&Zoaing of the Mahtim Municipel Code be ammded to exclude the above deacrIbed property from the R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the R~2•-500Q, One Family, and R-19 One Family Residential, Zone, upon the fo3lowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general weifare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1.
