TO THE CITY ~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIh1 TERMINATION OF RECLASSIFICA-
TION NO„ 62-63-112, THERETO

WHEREAS, the City Council on October 1. 1963 in Resolution tQo. 63R-777 approved Reclassi-
fication No. 62-63-112 to permit R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zoning on the property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on January 29, 1968, recommended approval of Petition
for Reclassification No. 67-68-48 in Resolution No~ PC68-36 establishing R-2-5000, S:ngle
Family, Zone on the same property as that considered for Reclassification No. 62-63-112; and
s~ WHEREAS, Tentative Map of Tract No. 5389, Revision No. 3 and Tentative Map of Tract No.
-~ 5623, Revision No. 4 has been :iled which indicates the subdivision of subject property into
5000 square foot lots for subsequent development with single Fzmily homes.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
` to the City Council of the City of Anaheim, termination of Reclassification No. 62-63-112
