Box 229, E1 Monte, California 91734 A situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californiat describednineExhibit ~ty 4<: ' A attached hereto and ref erred to herein as though set forth in full _ `, .'! ~ ;~ a ~ ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the CIty Hell ia the City oE Aneheim on DeCembps 3p~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the pro~isions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and agair.st said proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke $ndinas and recommendations in connection therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigalion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports o[fered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects: i• That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Pe~ruit is authorized by Code, Section 16.40,060(f) to wit: establish a 245-unit motel on subject properLy. 2. 'I'het the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth end development of the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the fuli development of the pmposed use in a menner not dettimentai to the particular area nor to the peace, I~ealth, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim, 4. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi- fication No. 68-69-57. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the south and east property lines. 5. Drainage shall be dispose~ of in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer. 6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 7. That parking areas shall be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 8. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 9. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7; provided, however, that kitchen e;ficiency units with a maximum of 6-cubic foot refrigerators; two-burner stoves, excluding oven and baking facilities; and single compartment sinks, may be provided; with the exception that the manager's unit will be allowed to have full kitchen facilities.
