4YHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on July 7, 1967, in Resolution No.
PC67-162 granted Variance No. 1898 to permit waivers of the permitted fence location ar,d
rear yard coverage; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been met; and
WHF~2£AS, the petitioner has requested that Variance No. 1898 be terminated on the
•-"~,~ _ basis that ther e was a lack of financina for the project.
