Countv of Orange, State of California, describ?d as Lot Dlos. "%9, l~0, "'1, R2, .^3, ;,4~ plus Lot ~Jos. 67 and 5~ oF lieiman and George's Addition. t, ~ ,. ; and ~4HEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the Ciky of AnahPim on February 26, 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as :equired by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.04, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use end [o investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith: and WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, e::d after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel,Use Permit is euthorizedby Code Section; , 18.64.020(i-c) to wit: estobllsh ne~r: rh,,,-~ti r~-_ _~_es on subject property. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining l~nd uses and the grovrth and development of the area in which itis pzoposed to be loceted. 3. That [he size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full developm nnt of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and geaeral welfere of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim. 5. That the'petitioner indicated that the ohysical construction of the new church facilities is not scheduled until 1970, nut the request is being made at this time because 1) the purchase of portions of the property by the Salvation Arm~~ is contingent upon approval of the proposed use; and 2) the Salvation Army needs su:ficient time to establish a capital f.und raising campaign and prepare a site plan. 6. That since the oetitioner indicated that the development of the new facilities would not occur until 1970, the conditions of approval which normally would have to be completed within 180 days have been tied into issuance of a Building Permit, in order to avoid the necessity of the petitioner having to request extensions of time every six months. 7. That the petitioner stioulatad to maintenance of the oroperty in a neat and orderiy manner until develo4ment of the property takes place. 3.
