A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~N~M17ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM I'ERMINATING
'~ ALL PROC~DINGS ON OJNDITIONF.f. USE PFRMIT NO,. 942
P~HEREAS, the City Planning Commission on May 22, 1967, in Resolution iJo. PC67-106 granted
Conditional Use Permit No. ~d42 to permit the establishment of a boarding house, subject to
conditions; and
~9HEREAS, the time limitatior, of 180 days :or completion of conditions exoired on December
1, 1967, and none of the conditions had been completed; and
,~T+ WN.EREAS, in response to letters written to the petitioner by the Department of Development
~.~ E~~?RS ervices, the petitioner has requested that said petition be terminated, since she no:a~ occupied
;:~,~~.the home as her residence and had no intention of exercising the conditional use permit.

~.;';•. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
;"does hereby te.rminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 942, on the basis of the
