'i'., A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TNE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~~ RECOMMCNDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF HF~ CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT ``" PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 6~"08-62 ' BE APPROVED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassifica- tionfrom G. K. CONSTRUCTION CAMPAh1', 811 South Euclid Street, Anaheim, California 92802, Owner; TOM KEY, 811 South Euclid Street, Anaheim, California 92802, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lc~ iJos. 1 thru 11 inclusive of Tract No, 3326 ~ , and ' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on ~ March 25, 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearin havin been dul law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Ch pter 13.72, to hear and consider4ev ence - for and against said proposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-1, Gne Family Residential, Zone to the C-0, Commercial Office, Zone to establish a commercial professional office comolex on subject property. 2. That the prooosed reclassification is in conformance with the General P;an. 3. That the proposed recl~:ssification of subject property is necessary and/or desirable for the orderly end pro- per developnsent of the community. 4. That the oroposed reclessificetion of subject property does properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally estublished in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally estab- lished throughout the community. 5. That the proposed reclassifir_ation of subject property requires the dedicatiar and improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation Element of the General Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traff'ic which will be generated by the intensification or 1 and us e. 6. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of A~aheim a strip of iand 53 feet in wi.dth from the centerline of the street alono Euclid Street, for street :videning . purposes. 2. That trasn storage aseas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. 3. That a reversion to acreage be filed on the subject property which shall incluile abandonment of Pliobe Place. ~,~ 4. T}-,at any air-conditioning iacilities proposed shall be prooerly shielded from view, ~~~ and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes. ~'. 5.
