~;-; WI-IEREAS, the City Planning Cornmission on February 14, 1968, at public hearing did
t:;`' grant Cpnditional Use Permit No. 1000 subject to a nu~ber of conditions, and encompassing
more property; and
WI-IEREAS, the agent for the petitioner submitted a letter requesting deletion of a
number of conditions which were a part of the app.roval of Conditional Use Permit No. 1000,
to allow the establishment of a pony ricle in conjunction with an existing amusement facility;
~ and
{ WI-~REAS, the pony ride is now being relocated to a portion of property wherein a
# ` previous petition was approved for the amuscment facility, and the structure to house the
;t;` ponies will not be used, therefore, the legal description of the property will have to

i;; be am~ended to encompass only that property wherein the pony ride will be relocated.

. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that Resolution No. PC68-40 granting Condi;ional Use
; Permit No. 1000 on February 14, 1968, be amended as follows, on the basis of the roregoing
