I WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
1 January 39 196$, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccordance with the provisions oE the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
~, for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connec[ion

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, ~nvestigat~on, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
I after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, Thet the proposed use is propedy one Eor which e Conditiona! Use Pecmit is euthorized by Code: Section
tA.64.020(5) to wit: establish a swimming pool showroom and display area on the northerly 116
feet of subject property with waiver of:
SEGTION 1F3.40.070(6-a) - Reouired 6-foot masonrv wall (none orooosed wherz the parking
area abuts a portion of the cemetery (R-A) property cn the

2. That the oroposed use will not udversely efEect the adjoining land uses and the growth end development ot
the erea in which it is prapased to be loceted.
s 3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed Eor the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welEare of
the Citizens of the City ~~f Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Peemit under the conditions imposed, if any, witl not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
