A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIA?rCE N0. 1963 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Ci:y of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience
from MARK AA~D ~ELIA SORRELL, 843 North West Street, Anaheim, California, Ownei•s of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

IUHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on Apr i 1 8~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thot the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as foliows, in order to permit
an addition to an exi=ting residence:

possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the ptoperty in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.
5. That the adjoining neighoor to the rear apoearec in :avor o; subject petition.

Petltion for Variance, upon the followinQ conditions nhleh ~re hereby found to be a necessary prerequiaite to Ehe pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pres~tve th~ ^~(~ty and generel welf~re of the Citizens of the City of
Anahcim:
1. That the sidewalks shall be installed along West Street, as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
