C _`t NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant s~'.ject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim. '.. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the C~ty of Anaheim a strip of land that varies from 45 feet to 50 feet in width from the existing centerline af the street, as shown on the precise alignment for Cerritos Avenue, for street widening purposes. the City ofaAnaheim~along~Cerritos1Avenue,lsuch asecurbs and gutters,nsidewal.ksqustreetts of grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be completed as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and iorm satisfac~ory to the City of knaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. 3. That ihe owner of subject property shall install street lighting along Cerri.tos Avenue as required by the Director of Fu41ic Utilities and in accordance with standa*d plaqs and specifications on file in the office of the Director o{ Public Utilities, and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City~of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said streei lighting. A. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of ±he Director of Public Works. 5. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required ~nd oetermined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 7. That any metal building siructures erected on subject property shall conform to the metal building standards a= prescribed by City Counci: Policy No. 526. 8. That Condition Ros. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, shall be completed prior to the commencement of any outdoor uses as req~,ested in this variance. 9. That the outdoor weldir.g area shall be screened from view from Cerritos Avenue, as stipulated to by the petitioner. THE FOREGOJNG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this ?_9th day oY May, 1969.
