That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of g2.00 per front foot along Western Avenue, for street lighting purposes. 3. That the owner of subject property shali pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per .~=%~ $ front foot along Western Avenue, for tree planting purposes. ~ 4. That trash storaoe areas shall be orovided in accordance with a $ pproved plans on file i4~ ' v~ith the office of the Director of Public VJorks. ~, ~.
