PC 69-123r RESOLUTION NO. ~69-123 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITION.4L USE PERMIT NO. 1116 gg GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional UsePermitfrom G. SIDNEY BAS"ON, 611 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90017, OWner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, oescribed as Parcel 1: The easterly 15 feet of the Southwest quarter of the I~ortheast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juar Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. Parcel 2: I'he Southezst quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. ; and WHEREAS, the City Flann:r~g Commission did hold a public heating at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on June .2, 1969, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been dul lew and in accordance with the provisionc of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heer e a ~0„5 ae~4~;a nce (or end ageir.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, atter due inspection, investieetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and Qt2tet due consideretion oE all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts: 1.• That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by Codc: Sectian i.~3.64,020(2-d), to establish a 280 space, travel trailer parh on subject property, 2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely a(fect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development o( the erea in which it is pcoposed to be loceted. 3. Thet the size and shepe of the site proposed tor the use is edequate to allow the full development ot the pmposed ur.e in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peuce, heelth, se(ety, end general wel(are af the CitIzens of the City of Aneheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Petmit urtder the condlttons imposed, if ony, will not be detrimentel to the peace, healfh, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the Clty of Aneheim. 5. Thai; the proposed travel trailer park is deemed to be an appropriate interim use of the land at this location based upon the demonstration of need by the annua; influx of tourists into the City of Anaheim. 6. That no one appeared in opposition. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of keclassi- fication No. 66-67-61. 2. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed alonq West Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4• rha± a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed alor,g the east, northy and south property lines. 5. Tha~ the proposed development shall be in ac;.o:~ance with the requirements of the State Trailer Act, and that plumbin shall be will accomrnodate all trailers and not be restricteddto "Californiaaapprovedbtrailers"ponly. 6. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall 5e complied u~ith prior to final building and zoning inspections. 7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on :ile with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Wos. 1 and 2. B. That a five (5) year time limit shall he established for the proposed travel trailer park, after which time the use shall be revie,;ed for consideration of an adc':tional period of time or termination without prejudice. 9. That the owner of subject property shall post a bond with the City of Anaheim to guarantee the installation of a 6-foot masonry wall along the westerly boundary of the property, said bond to be posted prior to final building and zoning inspections. 10, That the nrooosed travel trailer park shall be served by undergzound uti'ities.
