2. That the proposed use wi11 adversely ai_°ect the ad;oining land uses and the
growth and development of the area in which it is proposed te be located.
3. That the existing restaurant is located in close proximity to a single family
area and the residents of this area opposed the applicant's original request for
on-sale beer and wine on the basis that a request for on-sale liquor would be made
at a later date.
4. That the general manager of the resiaurant o~ganization indicated at the
hearina for on-sale beer and wine that "There would be no intent to ;ater request
on-sale liquor since no bar was incorporated in the plans, and it was not the~r
intent to sell liquor".
5o That no one appeared ~n opposition.
