That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the propoced use in a menner not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peece, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of thc City of Anaheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Pennit under the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That subject property is locaced on a major highway in an area devoted to commercial activity and is removed from single family residential areas. 6. That the proposed building is designed for a cocktail lounge and there have been no previous stipulations or commitments to not providing on-sale liquor at this location. 7.
