That these reclassification proceedings are granted subject to completion of i annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheimo 2. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and ~ recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder. ; 3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim park and i recreation fees of $125 for each dwelling unit, as required by City Council Resolution, which t` shall be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the Building Permit is issued.
