EXCEPTING therefrom the North 665 feet. Also excepting therefrem the S outherly 203 feet of the Easterly 265 feet. Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code, to establish a 196-unit apartment complex (Portion P.), with waivers of: 1) SECTIO~! 18.32.020(1) - ~§aximum number of main buildinas on a site. (Two main buildings permitted; 19 main buildings proposed). 2) SECTION 18.28.050(5-b) - PAaximum buildinq heioht within 150 feet of R A or sinqle-fanily zoned propertv. (One-storv permitted; two-story proposed). 3) S~.CTION 18.28,050(6-b-3) - Location of accessor buildin s. (5-foot setback required; 0-feet pioposed . 4) SEC7ION 18.28.050(7-a) - Minimum distance between buildinqs. (13 feet re- quired; 8-feet proposed in several instances). 5} SECTION 18.28,050(10-a) - Minimum number of reouired covered parkinq sqaces. (246 covered spaces required; 205 covered sqaces anu ill ooen soaces oroposed). 2. That there are no exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or condi~iions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the proper.ty that do apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is not necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested variance will be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. 5. That due to the fact the proposed reclassification for R-3 zoning was recommended for denial, the waivers requested under Variance No. 2093 would not be applicable.
