That the sidewalks shall be installed along Haster Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordancs with standard plans and specifications on file ir. the office of the City Engineero 3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2,00 per front foot along Haster Street, for streei li9hting purposeso 4, That trash storage areas shall be pro•~ided in accordance with approvPd plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Workso 5. That fire hydrants shall be instalied as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief or the Fire Department. 6. That any air-conditioning facilities, existing or proposed, shall be properly shielded from view. 7. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above rnentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from date hereof. 8.
