That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along Orange Avenue and ~alaru Street,for street lighting ourposes. ~ ; 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per I front foot along Orange Avenue and Velare Street, for tree planting purposes. F I 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided ir. accordance with approved plans on file ; ! with the office of the Director of Public Work~. ! ~ 4.
