That tile sr,ope of the proposed reclassification, if appro~red, does not warrant an amendment to the General Plan at the present time, however, its relationship to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next review. 3. That the proposed reclassification cf subject property is not necessGry and/or desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community. 4• That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximi.ty to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally estab- lished throughout the community. 5. That the proposed reclassification is not in conformance with the land use policies established for this area as stated on the Anaheim General Plan, and there has been no evidence submitted which would indicate that higher density residen~cial uses should be permitted. 6. That the approval of the proposed reclassification would set an undesirable precedent for the remai^ing R-A parcels by projecting multiple family residential development in an area completely surrounded by single family homes. ~. That a majority of the adjoining property owners of the large R-A parcels have indicated their desire to retain their properties for single family residential us e. 8.
