FROM 2840 W. LINCOLN AVENUE, I~~~EIM, CALI-
FOffi~IA TO 3431 THORNTON AVENUE, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORrrIA.
WHEREAS: Kenneth E. Sarvak, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 2840 W. Lincoln Avenue, Anaheinl; California, to 3431 Thornton
Avenue, Anaheim, California: and
WHEP~AS; said application having been set for public
hearing- on the 26th day of January, 1971:, at the hour of 1:30
a.clock P.M., and notice of b~e time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which
it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure,
at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as
b~e names of such owners appeared upon ~~e last available tax
assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to De heard, and the City Council havin9 duly considered said
application, together with all evidence and reports submitted in
connection therewith. does find that said permit should be granted,
subject to payrnent to the City of Anaheirn of the appropriate Park
and Recreation fees.
:JOW, IIHEHEFORE! BE IT RESOLVED by t.l-J.e Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim ~~at the application of Kenneth E. Sarvak for
a house moving permit to nove a dwelling house from 2840 w.
Lincoln Avenue~ iinahein, California, to 3431 Thornton Avenue~
Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby granted subject to
the condition hereinbefore set forth I and subject further to
