NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessaty pretequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject praperty in order to presen~e the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That street li9hting facilities along Broadway shall be installed as required by the
~ Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and soecifications on file
f in the office of the Director of Public Utilities, and that a bond in an am0unt and form
F satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the Cit to

in height and st~all be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential
integrity of the area.
7. That Condition i~os. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the
, time tfiat the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof;
whict;ever occurs first, or such furt~ier time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
8. That Condition PJos. 3, 4, 5, and 5, above m~ntioned, shall be complied with p:ior to
final building and zoning inspections.
;t 9. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with ~~lans and
specifications on file with the Ci.ty of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1.
