That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of g2.00 per front Foot along State College Boulevard, for street lightirg purposes. 2. That the ovmer of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per front foot along State College Boulevard, for tree plan±ing purposes. 3. That the sidewalks shall in installed a~.ong State Colleqe Boulevard, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file ir the oY'fice of the City E;~gineer. 4. That tra~}~ starage areas shall be providEd in accordance with approved plans on file witi~ ~ne office oi' the Director of Public Works. 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 6. That subject development shall be served by underground utilities. 7. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the tirra that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date he:eof, whiche~;ar occurs first, or such further time as the Comrnission or City Council may grant. 8. That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, above mentiened, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 9.
