Ga l f i orr.i a. ~ rec rd: / ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject Fetition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- poseN use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No, 68-69-65. 2. That trash storaye areas shall be provir~ed in accordance with approved plan5 on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That ti-foot masonry walls shall be constructed along the south and east property lines of Portion "A" and the northeasterly property line of Portion "B". Furthermore, a ~nasonry wall,one course hi~her than 6-feet shall be constructed along the east and south property lines of Portion B". 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed sha11 be properly shielded from v~ew. and the sound shall be buFfez•e~d f*om adjacent residential homes. 6. That drainage of subject property shall be discharged in a manner that is satis- factory to the City Enyineer. The alignment of the subject parcels northeasterly property line adjacznt to the Orange fir=eway shall be approved by the State Division of Highways. 7. That any parking area lighting shzll be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the resi- dential integrity of the area. 8. TFiat Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, above rnentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 9. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specificatiors on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit IJos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
