A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOhtMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL dF THE CITY OF ANAHEI1t THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 69-70-9 gg APPRCVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheis~ did initiate a verified Petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
St3te of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as
thouah set forth in full.

1. Thotthe Commission proposes a reclassif:cation of the above des~.;ribed property
from the County of Orange A1, Residential Agricultural District to the M-1, Light
Industrial, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in canformance with the General Pian and
land uses established in close proximity.
3. rhat the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and~or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of thie community.
4. That the proposed r~classificatio~--of subject property does prooerly relate to
the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the
community.
5. That subject property consists of tFfe Linda Vista Annexation No. 2.
6. That the City of Anaheim water reservoir and booster station are located on one
portion and a City water well is located on the other portion of subject property.
