WHEREAS, the City Planning Comrtission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 27, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice af seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
lam end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for end against seid proposed reclessification end to investigate end make findings end reconmendetions in connection
therewith; and
'" WNEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf, end
',; efter due consideration of all evidence end repods offered af seid hearing, does find and detrrmine the fallowing fects:

`.s 2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the 1969 Preliminary

4.'That the proposed reclassification of subject oroperty do=s properly relate
; to the zones and their permit•ted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
1 oroperty and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout
; the ccmmunity.
5. That the owner of subject property is advised that, by resolution, the City
' ~ouncil has determined that the following park and recreation fees shall be applicable
~n~' payable at the time a building permit is issued: 1) Issuance of a buildinq p~mit
