SeptembeT 22, 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice ot said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in ocwtdence with the provisions o( the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to heor end consider evidenre
for and egair.st said proposed conditional use ond to investieate and make findings and recom mendations in connection
therewith; and

1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Uae Permit is authnrized by COde
Section 18.40.070(3-c) to wite establish t;vo 190-;oot high. 14-story office structures on
subject property.

the erea in which it is proposed to br located.
