CONDITIONS APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMI: N0. 1131~ BY THE
ADDITION OF CONDITION N0. 13, PEf?TAINING TO TIME LIMITATION
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheirn on September 8, 19695,
at public hearing granted Conditional Use permit No. 1131 subject to conditions; and
4UHEREAS~ the petitioner stipulated to a time limitation of three years for the
use approved; and
WHEREAS, a condition of said three-year time limitation was inadvertentiy omitted,
when i:he resolution was prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE II' RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission oi' t~e City ef
Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution Noe PC69-185 dated September 8, 1969 granting
Conditional Use Permit ;Jo. 1131 by the addition of the following condition on the
basis of the foregoing findings:
"13. That a time limitation of three years shall be granted for the use of
subject property as an outdoor storage area~ as stipulated to by the
petitioner; and that upon request by the petitioner, an additional
period of time may be granted upon review and approval by the Pianning
Commi.ssion and/or City Cot~ncil."
